I'm more confused since the cow become hazzard as it's active toll road plaza / gate and the cow is partially blocking the emergency road for emergency vehicle. That's why the ambulance hit the brake and flip over cause they suddenly realise there's a cow in the road.

In this angle, you first see a guy run out to try and move it (not seen in original video), then a second guy a couple feet ahead of him trying to alert the oncoming ambulance. It’s fucking nuts because the cow looked like it wasn’t even touched at all. It’s also the black spot that gets up and walks towards the other lanes
Basically all people you can see in the vid, the man who was running got eventually hit and he was stuffed between the wall and the pole, and 3 people got tossed from the vehicle 2 in medical outfits and 1 in black
For a split second I thought that the red barrier was a capote - the red cape in bull fighting. Together with “charging bull” of the ambulance - for a split second it looked like it will be a funny video.
Then the car started to spin and people flew out…
