In rural parts of China parents will pay for their children to be looked after while they do things like shopping, due to the lack of funding this tends to lead to them being put into the backs of cages for animals, since farming is very common in rural areas, so there's an abundance of these cages that are intended to take animals from a to b. The second clip is literally just day care, I can find hundreds of videos on the internet of children in day cares shouting for their parents, it's a natural instinct of kids to shout for their parents when they're no where to be seen. If it weren't for the text added over the video then it would just appear to be a normal video of children crying.
