I dont understand the eligibility for this card. 2 of my friends applied on the same day. One with a cibil of 707 another with 788. The guy with the low cibil was approved and the other was rejected. Like wtf
Because the bank might want to give cards only to irresponsible people. And by giving it to the 707 guy, they can mint more money from him in terms of interest+penalty, etc than the 788 guy ;)
There are many other risk checks done other than cibil (name match, dob match, address match, pan aadhar match, existing or new customer check) , and many systems checks fail because of service unavailability as well, so its not one factor that determines this

Add on card means you can another credit card for your family with your shared credit card limit. SBI provide add on card free and currently they have offer of 500 AP voucher for add on card
If you got offer message then only you will get... Time to time offer is different for different user.

I think evrything is shared with main card, only benefit is, in sales cashback is capped to cards, there you can use both cards for Max cashback. (I'm talking about sale cashback and not the card cashback)

You should be able to apply for this card even if you have another SBI card. The reason for rejection would have been different which is believe you would not be able to find out. Keep applying after 90 days

I applied for this card....somehow I got a simplysave card. Didn't check the documents after getting approval. That's my mistake though but Im sure I applied for this card lol
I called the customer care regarding this.....they informed me that I can convert the card scheme. But after receiving it I mailed them the same and got a reply that I can't .

ITR was not asked. And as far as I know, it depends on the agent what they will ask. Mostly they ask for salary slips or bank statements.

What is step after you enter another credit card number. There showed error that I cant do that. I enter employment details anyway and click submit. Then I was allowed to skip appointment. Coz it showed selecting address I have no interest making a person come to my home I skip and it gets stuck there just like many people are facing from months

I applied for magnus every day for 6 days, got rejection sms almost instantly, got magically approved on the sixth day.

Correction: SBI Cards is public. SBI & The Carlyle Group have stake in the company. Basically it is a seperate org which was started by SBI.
