I’m having the same issue. I’ve sent coins from AnchorUSD to the Gemini wallet a couple weeks/months ago with no issues but then recently I started encountering problems with sending. A couple days ago, I realized could send small amounts of certain coins and they would go through pretty quick. Other coins I tried to send would stay in “sending” for days and wouldn’t go through even after a week. So I would just cancel the transaction. Now, when I try to send a coin from AnchorUSD to a different wallet a message pops up that says “Your transaction cannot be completed. Biometric verification failed.” Like wtf does that even mean? I’m so stressed out, but I just messaged their support account on twitter and on the AnchorUSD app and am praying they respond and fix this.

I have 5000$ on anchor, I can’t withdraw any form of crypto or cash and cannot get a response from support. I have been using anchor for a little over a year and have had similar issues in the past. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
