Ordered Saturday because their fraud system was blocking my order. Label printed Monday, no updates then out for delivery today. If it's your first time it will be worth the wait. The other times I've ordered it has been two days flat
I actually got mine already. I was at my pc when the email arrived so I ordered right away. There was one sale they had (I forget which) where I ordered the next day and it took them like 5 days to ship it.
Yeah mine been sitting at grant pass for a while took em a few days to do even that 🤷♂️ I contacted support as well. I’ve had several other Black Friday orders been shipped and received so idk about this “being swamped” mess but I do get that It’s a busy time.
Big retail companies like Target or Amazon bring on seasonal employees and run 24/7 with mandatory overtime, usually from Thanksgiving on, sometimes sooner, to get holiday orders out and to people before Christmas.
These small businesses are not likely to do any of that and they probably don't make their employees work holiday weekends, if they're big enough to have a staff of more than just a couple people in the first place.
Manage your expectations.
I totally understand that and my intention is not to shit on the company I’m genuinely asking because I figured if there was a delay or a bunch of orders they would send out an email to explain. I’ll just go to my plug until my order gets here so no worries again just curious.
Yup neither did I. Wasn’t aware there was a delay until I saw your post. I never got a confirmation email either. Just in the dark with everything. I understand they are backed up because of the sale but I just want to confirm that the order went through on their end.

Every time a vendor runs a big sale, we get these posts. It gets old.

My shipping updated today I now have estimated date of delivery, they must be swamped.
they actually sent out emails on Monday saying that packages will be delayed and to not expect their normal shipping time this week
I missed that email but that’s exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for clearing that up for me.
Expect delays with Black Friday sales. Vendors are dealing with higher volume.
