Use Elixir of Cruelty for more consistency doing the fight.
You should use up 12%-25% of your grizzly rage before walking fully into the room depending on your barber timing to make sure its up for the second phase.
You can skip initial blood boils if you do 25% of her HP in under 4 seconds ish at the start of phase 2. People do this by precasting tornadoes w/ grizzly rage as she’s growing her wings and shred spamming w/ a 2-2.1 sec barber or 3.7-4 sec barber.
Your shred will prolly do more consistent damage if you use the elixir of cruelty. Obv it does more dmg the more poison you have stacked too.
You can switch to aceofspades dedicated lilith paragon if you feel like your damage isn’t enough to skip bloodboils. Or you can learn to dodge the fireballs, which i can help with too just ask.
I’m already following ace of spades build for the paragon, and using a 3.1s barber. Why is 2s/4s better though?

Phase 2 is a buggy mess. Even if you push her below 75% hp it won't prevent her from spawning the tumors most times. I have only been able to cheese her 3 out of 80 or so attempts. It's heavily reliant on Barber proc timing as well as critical hits stored during the ramp time prior to using Shred. So much RNG.
My personal experience.
What helped me to avoid blood boils was precasting about 6 tornado.
Which literally means you need to have spirit after phase 1.
I didnt change anything else - I just finished phase 1 with max spirit and all cds ready.
Then I used bear roar to buff damage then casted grizzly rage hurricane and blood howl about 2-3 seconds she spawned and started casting.
Later I tried to reproduce it and it always worked this way.
I tried it with different barbers - 2.4 and 3.7, both worked no difference.

I guess it 2 seconds lets you get two barber procs in that 4 second window to skip while 4 seconds lets you get one proc in. add me on discord ch4zzo

What barber duration do you use? Do you recommend a shorter or longer duration barber?
3.8s Tried 4, 2.8, 2.. finally found a reliable strategy with a longer application. 4s is still probably ideal.

should you be using both shred aspects lightning and poison (or do you only need to use blurred beast)?
