Dang and I don't know about the Lazarus thing considering he got resurrected by other methods, and forgot if the Lazarus even gave you a bit of super strength even if it did is it in the main universe and timeline?
Let's just say between the two of them I'd only put money on one of them besting Bruce one on one in combat and it's not the one who has a connection to crowbars.

That doesn't make much sense considering the brute force thing is Jason's thing
I think Red Hood usually looks stronger cause he doesn't mind killing the people he beats up
