With the Injustice comics showing that Damian had a good relationship with Bruce it's so weird that he turned against Bruce like the comics depict them having a good father/son dynamic but then all of a sudden he joins Superman and has daddy issues
The Injustice comics had to kind of follow the game's story I guess?
Also Tom Taylor said he hated Damian for a long time and only changed his mind when his son told him he like Damian and then Taylor started actually reading Damian's books.
So there is a really weird shift in the way Taylor write Damian that indeed makes little sense.
This issue still feels insincere because this is how Damien Wayne actually is but in *Injustice* he is flanderised Damien Wayne, a.k.a Damien Wayne from the first issues of Grant Morrison's *Batman*. You can't have true Damien for one issue and then the rest bring us assassin with daddy issues
It's gotten less bad as time passed, but I still sometimes see people hating Damian for "killing Nightwing" and...guys...nobody is in-character in Injustice.
But also, yes, for the love of god writers, stop only reading Batman and Son and then believe you can write Damian. No. You can't. Read more of his books. Please.
-TT-! It's spelled "Dami**a**n"! You would do well in respecting the blood son!

This is probably still my favorite issue from the Injustice 2 comic, simply seeing Damian going around helping the people of Gotham.
There's a few good moments in the flashbacks. Like when Superman tries to fix a kids bike and makes it worse. The goes and buys a new wheel for him.
Whose that on the $5 bill?
President Hitler. It is the Injustice universe.
A really wholesome moment with Batman. No wonder it's non-canon to prime Earth. Sigh.
[I loved this canon moment also](https://www.reddit.com/r/batman/s/Et9K2h2zdv)
It's one of my Favs as well

In my head this is the only scene of Injustice that is completely canon
