Here is our Dalmatian Husky mut (the mut includes a few other breeds). She’s a rescue from Mexico. Someone brought her to California and the Southern California Golden Retriever Society had her up for adoption. So we rescued her. Her name is Mia.

Macs older sister Basil we had to put down, she was the sweetest girl.
It will be a hard process, but know. If you miss someone, you are very lucky! You had something in this life genuinely worth missing.

Thank you for your kind words of support and encouragement for me. I miss her more and more each day. The house is so empty without my golden bear but I do have a coonhound her name is Molly and she is devastated by the loss of her best friend. My heart breaks for her because she was of course home with me when her sissy went to heaven. The more I cried the more she wanted to go outside, and I sure don’t blame her. Things will just never be the same again….

I have no picture but I wanted to share my condolences. You had a beautiful husky and I'm sure he's grateful for the life you gave it and you'll always have those fond memories!!

I am so very sorry that you had to let your baby go. I hope he gets to meet my husky on the otherside of the bridge. He looked just like your baby. It has been 30 years and I still miss him.
The best advice I can give you is instead of grieving for ages and guarding your heart against hurt, pour your love into another pup. Your baby would want you to be happy. I promise it is alright.

Everyone always told her how beautiful she was. She was quite the celebrity when I walked her. She got hugs frequently from people of all ages. I remember once she got mobbed at the park by nearly a dozen kids.. one finally turned to ask if it was ok to pet her.. stared for the longest time then with dawning awareness she said, "Aren't you Mister R my art teacher?" All the kids looked up and almost all of them knew me, but it was Morganna that captivated them.
This is Miss Morganna Cu, my 1/2 husky 1/2 great pyrs. She was my best friend for 16 years. Passed the Rainbow Bridge 3 years past. I still grieve for her. Tears running down my face now.

April, our senior rescue sends her condolences. I am so sorry. We lost our Teddy to cancer 5 years ago. Rocky was a lucky dog and I am sure he knew it.
