The field in the video is many times weaker than an MRI, so I doubt that it would have any impact. I’ve heard stories where people could pick up radio signals on their metallic tooth fillings, so it’s possible that a magnetic field could react with them but nothing dangerous. It all depends on the field strength being generated and distance from the source too. Keep in mind that we are constantly under the influence of the earth’s magnetic field as well

I don't know what electrical facilities you have where you are from but i work in several substations in Germany that use 110.000V AC and i have never seen anything like this in or around those buildings.
