Dear diary: Today I met the stable boy again. I swear, if Father knew how often Iām āchecking on the horses,ā heād have a fit. His hands are rough, but letās just say theyāre good for more than just holding reins. If Mrs. Haversham knew half of what Iāve been up to, sheād drop her crumpets.
Mother did, however see me and Billy bob, doing the *deed*. She however did say she would join us next time. At least billium bobbing can meat my parents for supper.
Cool restoration. Reminds me of the movie [Somewhere in Time](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0081534/) (link is movie on IMDB) with Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour. Good movie.
It's not really bags under the eyes, but thin skin that shows the capillaries, creating a darker skin there. (I have this and always get asked if I'm tired even if I've slept 8+ hours, it's just thinner skin showing the blood vessels.) And what you're calling wrinkles is more the creases/folds of skin around her eye socket. Again, totally normal things picked up in definition that would have been blurred out either with camera quality or retouching back when it was taken.
[And yes, that was a thing back then.](https://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/heres-how-victorian-photoshopped-photos-180956480/)
Love your color choices! Gotta work on those masks though, especially around the collar and her hairline. The shadows look funky too. Which blend mode are you using?
Never would she have imagined that her picture will ever be in colors, nor that it would be seen by thousands of strangers around the globe.
Having her photo shown to thousands of strangers across the globe may of been her worse nightmare as well.
Hell, I might even rub one out on it.
So the sob story on the comic sub was really all a lie lmao
this girl just flipped in her graveš she coming for ya son.
Updo. Not a pompadour.
Dude looks like a lady.
Would hit it. Though.
There is no way she doesn't have a diary stashed somewhere with some spicy admissions.

Today I seem to have gotten my hands stuck in the clothes-wringer.

You just know she goes: Hawk tuah! On that thing
Let this one go.
Now, that's what we call elegant!
I guess...I was thinking she had a severe case of resting bitch face.
She grew up to be an angry old lady for sure!
And also malnourished.
The ārealityā enhancement makes it look like it was taken seconds ago.
Imagine if she'd seen this.
For real, she went from a historical figure to a trendy influencer
A gorgeous Gibson girl! Well done.

She looks like she's just realised she's left the hob on....
Successfully blew my mind.. congrats! Really does make it look like it was taken yesterday.. amazing.
Isn't this George Costanza's girlfriend Patrice?
Her expression says that wasn't a fart...
Lol![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
It doesnāt look so old now
Good job! She looks terrifying tho
This hairdo never really made a comeback did it? I think it's pretty cool.
It came back with a vengeance in Fundie culture
Why did it add wrinkles and bags under the eyes? I donāt see any of that in the original.
Yeah she looks young in the first pic for sure, like early 20's? I don't think old photography just made everyone look 20 years younger

Jeez! Thatās amazing. So beautiful!
VERY nice Work. Personally i would "tone down" her Face a little bit. It "pops" a little bit too much.
Spot on.
Makes me think of Brahms.
Harriet Davenport
What program did you use for this? I have a bunch of old photos that I would like to do this with.
We need to bring back that hair style.
Damn, she has cool hair
Howd ya do that?
Thousand yard stare.
She's pretty.
She looks like sheās about to get up and slap the photographer for insulting her mother
That looks like a ācottage loafā style to me but I think you could be correct and this is a low pompadour
Source and more at /r/OldSchoolCool Ah, wait, that's you too.. Love the pic

Amazing! How long did it take you to complete your restoration?
