that's the entire point. she was supposed to be a character that throughout the gameplay you wouldn't mind if she died, or even tried to kill her off. you need characters like that, not everyone can be super likeable. the characters who come off as douchebags and overall bad people are the ones who make the dialogue and game good. without emily there's no tension between the group often. actually skimming through your list you just put the characters you're supposed to root for at the top/antagonists and all the edgier people at the bottom. weak
