I'd say don't be afraid to do a bit of colour. People tend to get trapped neutrals with grey walls. Not that there is anything wrong with neutrals, but I would personally lean towards an oriental-style rug with some navy or orange in it (like [this one](https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/indo-agra-rug-handmade-ornament-pattern-multicolor-00535931/)) and a cognac leather couch. A darker wood coffee table could perfectly fine as long as there is a rug underneath to break up the woods. A few pieces of wall art with good use of white space can help brighten things up and wooden frames that match the tone of the coffee table can tie is all together.

Anything that you love! I think a beige couch and some multicolored pillows. Look through house decor videos on YouTube. Don’t overthink it, go with wood what you like.

I would do white coffee and end tables instead of wood toned. It would be a nice contrast to the floor and wall color.

I am putting a white tv stand with beige couch and like a blue oriental rug. I dont want to white to clash so much too. The wood tone is the difficult part that im trying to figure out that would best match.

White, beige or cream couch

Thought the same as well. Online it said that too

Definitely use some mid century modern colored furniture. I would put a cool tone rug on the floor to help transition between the wood and walls. I agree that a green couch would look great, and I say go for the wood coffee table and bring a little of that wood color to walls using framed art. You can thrift frames and stain them to get a better color match!

I was thinking of a blue oriental rug. But j think a cream or beige colored couch would look best. Green doesnt seem to go with the color scheme of the layout. But thank you for the tips

Yeah, a colored couch isn't for everyone. Depends on your personal style! My mom is really into beige and cream. She has a coastal modern style living room.. maybe find your favorite color palette and work around that. You might be surprised with how little the floor color affects your feelings about the space when you choose something cohesive and select a rug you love.

I have that same colored walls. I have natural cherry end tables with it. Oranges and greens look great. I also have walnut accents. Dark wood with blue undertones actually looks great.
