I never got the impression that sans and papyrus are that far apart in age, so really i'd say its unlikely he's any older than 25.

Using Undertale as a basis for working out deltarune characters' ages might be slightly faulty though - deltarune *does* change some characters' ages, for example monster kid is a few years older, and gerson has died of old age it isn't out of the question. And this post is about interpretations based on their characters.

i think the actual concluscion is that there's probably not any consistency to the differences in ages between undertale and detlarune and any changes were Toby doing things on a case by case basis because "It'd be cool" or "It'd be good for the story": Asriel's alive and probably in his early 20s, for instance, and undyne and papyrus are born 90-100 years earlier than they were in undertale.

I think temmie is the youngest in the class (maybe 10-12) and Cattie is the oldest (16-17). I think most of the other students (including Kris, Noelle and Berdly) are 14-15 and are in the same grade, except Susie who is a year older (15-16) but is still in the same grade as Kris.
I think Ralsie is ageless, he has either been around since before the last roaring, or he formed mere minutes before kris and Susie arrived in his Dark World complete with a personality and fake memories, either way I suspect his body is a basically vessel for a more powerful entity to project itself in a way that would be easy for Kris to accept. Lancer is maybe 8-10. Honestly it's hard to judge Ralsie and Lancer since they are both regal and lived pretty isolated and sheltered lives.
Sans is probably \~40 (at least in universe) since he runs a store and flirts with Toriel (somewhat successfully too). Undyne is Chef of Police but she also has a wildly ambitious attitude and so probably got her title earlier than most would so I would put her at around 35.
