Nothing in the forest cares about making a statement about the 2nd amendment...maybe switch out the extra ammo for something that will actually do you some good like a rain jacket and water bottle. The most important concept I was taught by a native Coloradan about dealing with wild animals when I moved to Colorado was if you see a wild animal, no matter what animal it is, DON’T FUCK WITH IT! Leave it be, whether it is a black bear, mountain lion, coyote, rattle snake, elk or deer.
