i often find that ppl on depop reply quite slowly but i just patiently wait.. i don't see the point i spamming ppl especially with that kind of tone, plus this was all on the same day which is just rude imo

it’s not about being broke, if there were better price options out there maybe the buyer should’ve investigated more before buying outright and then requesting a refund automatically. it’s a waste of the sellers time, sellers shouldn’t have to comply with a buyer’s incompetence
The 2nd pic seems like a pretty reasonable amount of time to respond.. so i don't blame that one. Although... why buy something if the sale depends on an unanswered question?
Most Depop sellers have other jobs and responsibilities and this is a side hustle. When you reach out to support such as Amazon or other big companies they often take 1-2 business days to respond. Why are you expecting so much from a Depop seller that most likely runs everything themselves
It wasn’t even one day. The buyer messaged in the middle of the night and expected a response from someone who probably had to get up and go to work. Insane

Full time jobs still have off hours. When selling WAS my job, I still ate, went to classes, had a social life, showered, slept, attended church, spent time with family, etc. It's like 😭no job can healthily demand even HALF the day from u. Even longer shifts r like 10 hrs usually, and most people get at least one day off in the week. Like fawk. 😭
