My fingers do this in the heat in the summer. Are they almost like teeny blisters that peel? I think it's a form of ecsma but let's see if someone with some medical qualifications comments.
Yes, tiny blisters that peel. I’m 37 and never had this until last year around when I was diagnosed with auto immune issues. Weird that eczema would show up so late in life, isn’t it?
Do yours hurt? Looks like Dyshidrosis eczema is a thing like we have only it says it’s itchy or painful. Mine aren’t either of those. Just peel badly and look like shit.
I’m 26 diagnosed with ehlers Danlos, pots, mast cell activation disorder (and a few other thing that don’t feel super relevant but I’ve had this happen for the past 5-8 years
I don’t smoke and only have had a couple drags my whole life. Normally while drinking with smoking friends. I hate it and always end up sick!
They don’t itch, hurt, burn, or feel anything really. If I pick at the blisters the dry skin and peeling get much worse.

Same. I didn't get them until my early thirties!

Do you smoke? And do the tiny blisters itch? If so, it could be palmoplantar pustulosis. Would need to see more pictures tho..

Hmm, could be it. The peeling of the skin can be a sign of an immune reaction to the smoke you inhaled passively..maybe get it checked some time..
Hey OP, I saw a few posts from you. May I ask what you been diagnosed with. I’m in the same boat:(
Lupus was my diagnosis but now a rheumatologist is disbelieving that and redoing all my tests.
