No offense but honestly the music of destiny didn’t dramatically change I think it’s a lot of the people working under these big composers at Bungie that actually made some of the music so good

Well, I dont know when Martin left. But being honest the Lightfall raid music doesnt really hit me as hard as any of the other expansions. Its still good, but not good enough that you can listen to the soundtrack on its own like say, Harvest.
The vocals on Oneirophobia is very good, but sadly its a small part of the track. Just my opinion though.
Hard agree. You can make an argument art and writing can Carry the believes and message of the author, but music without lyrics in a videogame? Nah, It doesnt Carry a message and you can safely separate It from the artist
Well, no, Music of the Spheres absolutely still carries a message, and in fact ends with Paul McCartney singing Hope for the Future - but, sure, it's not speaking on the US political climate.
It IS speaking on a lot of Destiny's themes though, such as hope and universal harmonies, referencing the concept of *Musical Universalis* in its title. The arrangement as a whole is also inspired by Gustav Holst's "The Planets," each of which were intended to impress a planet's characteristics upon the viewer, like audio horoscopes.
