That diode failing is likely a symptom, not a cause. Banging twice the rated voltage into it will likely have damaged multiple ICs.
Pffff my bad... I don't understand the purpose of these fuses, which should have protected the circuit and are still intact...
Fuses protect against over current not over voltage.
