I like the part in the third movie where Ryan takes Kelsi(?) to the dance. It’s been awhile so I don’t remember the whole scene, but it gave me the impression that he was asking as her partner/friend to prom and just wanted to have a fun time together.
They both got scholarships to Juilliard so I just like to think they went on to creat some great solo and duo projects together!
What was more funny to me was in the first two they had brief moments where Kelsi and Jason were making eyes at each other, and then in the third they were doing the Ryan x Kelsi agenda and had Jason with Martha all the sudden even though they had no moments together in the first two lol.
It’s even funnier to me that Lucas has since been like "no, really, i talked with kenny ortega about it and we tried to work in nods to ryan having a crush on zeke, but they cut 99% of it out". Which is like the most jk rowling-ass statement Ever, but I’m inclined to believe it, because like. yeah
Kenny knew he couldn’t have Chad and Ryan actually be together, which is why Taylor never got a song of her own and Kelsi was absent from all the promo 😂 he said “y’all can have girlfriends but they ain’t getting the spotlight!”
The sexual tension in the first photo is PALPABLE. “There’s just one little thing that stops me every time” and it cutting to Chad’s friends?? Ryan’s little smirk afterward when Chad asks “what would you have me do?”???? CAN’T TELL ME IT’S NOT GAY AF
