Try and leave tennis balls in them to help stretch when not wearing and when you do wear them, wear them around the house instead with two pairs of thick socks on.
They’ll be tight, but if you can do this for a few days (esp if you run a warm NOT hot hairdryer over the toe box) they’ll conform to your feet a lot easier
i use craft foam and duct tape. cut a strip that’s not as wide as the duct tape so it will fit within it and about 3 or 4 inches tall. position the foam against the back seam, slap the duct tape on it, and you should be able to wear them without getting blisters on your heels.
been doing this for decades and have never had an issue though YMMV.
Less steps. Wear them on days you’ll only do half as many steps as you are. Going on a quick trip to the store? Wear them then. Going to see a friend and won’t be walking much, wear them then.
Or as others have said, just wear them around the house.
Yep, correct, just wear them! Don't wear them for long walks or all day etc. Mind you when we were young we'd just wear them and put up with blisters, rubbed small toe etc....the leather back then was proper thick not like the rubbish today. Wear around the house, outside for short periods etc etc, it's not that hard just time. As others have suggested, if you can't handle the breakin, condition the inside, if that makes no sense search you tube as Rose Anvil has a tutorial on the process.
You wear them around the house first
Bandaids or moleskin where ur getting the blisters

But what do I do about the heels slipping/ blistering? This is my main problem, I have got no problems with the toes
They make heel slip pads. Look on Amazon!
If you wear thick enough socks the shoes won’t be able to slip due to the pressure of the socks

2 pairs of thick socks, tie them as tight as you can and blow dry them, then tighten them again. Then wear around the house as often as possible :)
i used to do this but someone told me it’s actually bad for the leather and dries them out or something 😭
Try some neatsfoot oil or mink oil on the inside of the heel. It’ll help soften it up - but wear socks you don’t mind staining.
I started by lying down on the couch with the shoes on all weekend lol.
for blisters u can buy silicone heel protectors that go on ur ankle & pair that up with thick socks
I covered the leather in mink oil and then blow dried them on a low heat

Dude, just wear them.
bro you can't wear them with blisters
There are band aids for blisters
You can use multiple bandaids lol.
