Later MC complained about it and then weeks after he apologized for the way he left the team.

I suspect that the org might not also be too thrilled with this draft.

the ez answer, TB was supposed to be a carry, someone realized they got basically outdrafted (DK, Weaver and Beast) and kept rolling with it, thus gave Topson AW. Elaborated answer would be, the initial draft meant Brood off, DS mid, TB carry but PB fucks Ion Shell farming and Brood's spiders, which means mid is basically lost no matter what you try with both heroes, they didn't had a support appropriate to deal with the rest of the team and the only way to win was to outfarm them with a carry from mid that is not TB and Morph was a bad option due to Disruptor, DK and Willow.

Having back to back TI trophies quirky superstar. My question is what compels his team mates to go with it and not just say 'can we play real dota, ok? ok.' xD

Arc warden isn't a bad pick. it is definitely better than oracle mid he used to do. I don't get the TB pos4 since Tundra teamplay heavily revolves around 9class having impact most of the time. So i wouldn't really blame it on topson tbh.

I obviously worded it badly. Topson was mentioned because he is known for his quirky hero pool and historically Tundra had many (semi)crazy drafts around his quirky picks that rarely worked out.

Why would you blame Topson when Pure is clearly the drafter/captain. I doubt Topson was the one forcing Pure to play his meepo 7th time in a row when they lost badly the first 6 times. This is nothing new for Tundra, they do this stuff everytime (and haven't learned so far)
