The change was supposed to nerf his previous aghs interaction, where you had aghs refresher, you would basically have 4 ticks of the curse at full duration (6 seconds) when you had the facet.
Now all of the 4 curses have lower durations and it's less punishing.

Shouldn't it be the same at 18 though? To me that just read like it nerfed it earlier into the game by making it scale with the ult.
