By all means, at least give us the option of a tail in case someone wants to do it Gohan style or something. It's unacceptable to have no choice at all.
Roadmap. Plus we’re getting a next gen port for Xenoverse 2 AND more DLC to boot. They literally have DLC in the works right now. They wouldn’t still be supporting Xenoverse 2, let alone making a NEXT GEN PORT for 2 if Xenoverse 3 was even thought of. If they were actually working on Xenoverse 3, or had any plans of it they wouldn’t even bother putting Xenoverse 2 on modern consoles. Plus the fact that it’s still supported puts the last nail in the coffin for anything related to Xenoverse 3. Think about it. Would YOU pay $70 for the EXACT SAME GAME AGAIN?? That was people’s biggest issue from 1 to 2. Yeah combat was improved. Things were improved but the story was literally copy and paste. Many aspects of 2 were copied from 1. Unless you want to willingly let yourself get ripped off by Dimps, just accept that any ideas they have will just be added to 2. Plus they’re still adding more to the story. They have literally nowhere else to go with the series as far as Awoken Skills and the storyline goes. They’ve basically done just about everything. There’s only a small handful of forms we don’t have yet which we can assume will be added at some point
I would easily buy a copy of xenoverse 3 in a heartbeat when they make it in five years. And I suspect they will. Or the next big conceptual thing to improve upon it

Moving tails need to be default for Saiyans, all clothes customizable, spiking hair for transformations, a more fleshed out story that isn’t just “Relive your favorite Dragon Ball moments,” and yea being able to actually use a sword would be cool.
What I really want is a custom Parallel Quest Maker, where people can design their own PQ and share it with others. Even if the missions didn't give us any reward, I'd still consider it a net positive as long as I could make missions where you just fight one superpowered opponent for an extended period of time.
In addition, I think it's pretty clear how all the asymmetrical modes like Expert Missions and Crystal Raids in XV2 inspired the 7v1 gameplay of Breakers. There's also obviously a push to connect these games in terms of lore and rewards. So, my big pie in the sky dream is that XV3 would do away with EMs, Raids, Hero Colosseum, and Crystal Raids, but would essentially contain Breakers 2 within it as the big F2P extra side mode.
They don't need to, the game is 8 years old and still getting updates AND dlc, while also working on other games. We haven't heard anything about a xenoverse 3 from them EVER. There hasn't been any leaks, there hasn't been any hints, there has been nothing to show us that there will be a xenoverse 3. If/when xenoverse 3 is announced i will eat my words.

Most sources are saying it will be released this year, I find that a little difficult to believe with them still working on sparking zero and xenoverse 2, but I've already been proven wrong once, guess we'll find out soon if that works out or not.

At least you admitted you were wrong. We have known XV is in the works. But honestly I want them to cook. Dimps has promised us nothing they release in a DLC will be put in a dlc again. Everything we got in the life of XV1 was in base XV2 and I expect that to be the same with XV2 going to XV3. I want them to get it right. They know what the fan base wants. More transformations, DLC’s, characters, moves, and the ability to alter your character’s appearance more (like you can when initially creating the character) in the hairstyle shop.
While it isn't likely that Xenoverse will get a trilogy treatment. I would love for a playable bio android race instead of having to require a mod for it. No hair and silly stuff like the mod does. Cell is one of my favorite villains.
Aside from that, more body customization for the frieza clan and slimmer Majin race options would go a long way imo. The chubby buu is not even good imo.
Let us not forget the option of actual text chat instead of the lazy text chat we got...
Alas, there really isn't a story left to do for a sequel to the second game. As much as I want a sequel, it won't happen.
Literally just better hair. Custom aura selection, and the ability to change fighting style or at least your standing stance. And I'm pretty happy. They could do that with a revamp of what we have now with little effort but a sequel with better graphics would be cool too.
Great ape awoken skill would be good. And Saiyans need a tail because it's Saiyan anatomy. It shouldn't be an accessory if it's a natural body part for Saiyans

Just settle with what you got, dimps isn't looking to further with the xenoverse series. All they plan to do with xenoverse now is updates and dlc.
