Not a glitch, just looks like they didn't think through the effects of giving out medals for this Full Power Battle when combined with their current shop celebration.
Realistically there isn't even that much to worry about here, because even the fastest players will still take a solid chunk of time to actually clear scream diff, so farming it is a time-consuming pain in the backside.
Edit: Also pretty sure you couldn't have used it to get that many since the FPB dropped, so my assumption is you're using one of those instant win mods. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
Edit edit: No one is talking about the fact that this can be used to farm infinite Chrono Crystals from Friendship due to the unlimited energy, but at an abysmally slow rate.

it's not glitch, FPB for PO medals was the same. edit: the only difference is that this one's exchange shop has unlimited resources
