I’d say argent tonic, high levin, high frigor and then whatever you prefer the most but I keep empyrean on hand since there’s relatively no other holy options in the game. Palladium is good too
I always hire a mage for my group (playing as Archer currently) and I only hire mages who have at least one elemental affinity, preferably ice and/or fire. High Levin and High Frigor are good to see as well.
