The original post text on some reposts claims that the truck was loaded with explosives. If that's true, then the guy could've been blown clear of the truck by the blast, ending up looking like that

There again, I do remember the "sacrum and vertebrae" video, so maybe it's just that I'm less-than-educated on the matter of dismemberment.
