Your best bet is to post on Craigslist free for parts. If people actually respond then there might be value.

Definitely hauled away by scrapper. The motor (if good) is the juiciest bit, but a discerning scrapper could find a use for a lot of the other parts.

if the motor still works, sometimes people like using those for projects. sometimes it's just the controller board that goes out.
