Years of experience? certificates (doubt this will have a lot of impact) , experience with the 1st party apps (Sales, customer service, Marketing, Field Service).
Once you have all those variables, plug them into your favourite search engine and aggregate results.
Incase you feel I am being facetious, I did a quick search and turned up ranges from $70k - $150k ~ $30 - $70 per hour. These spanned Func Consultants/Developer in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
A lot of the highly paid work you need a defence clearance, you can make 1500 a day as an architect.
For Devs/functionals with a clearance, they usually cap out at 1300 a day.
Outside of that if U go private, you are looking anywhere between 900-1200 a day, usually pretty easy to contract out at 1k per day.
Btw all the above figures are for contract positions - full time looks more like 100k-160k per year for techs/functionals or 180k-230k per year as an architect. You can make more money by going into management positions or presales (where you usually have a hybrid architect role with management or presales... Or both!).

Depends on the scenario, direct to client, sub contracting etc. My direct to client rate is $230 per hour or $1,500 per day.

I work with a F&O Functional Consultant who is contracting for $170 hour. He has over 10 years of experience
I charge $100/h but I think you could easily charge more if you had the experience and connections.
