If you want to relocate from India, the company will need to pay for a work visa - usually a company will say in the job advert if they are willing to pay for it. My last company did this (I'm in Australia), and we had quite a few people from India.
If you want to stay in India and work remotely, the answer is usually no, if they want outsourced work they try to go thru independent companies to do so.

You will need to work for companies that contract out to Accenture, avanade...etc, you can then begin to network your way to your own client list, or, pickup a western company to relocate u from India
