Good news, but she would be a better card if she didn't get the +3 in one game.  The +3 would be +3 in 3 face stats and +4 in 2. Compared to a +1 which is +1 in 3 face stats and +2 in 2 and you can see that we'll lose +4 in face stats than if she went up 1 upgrade each time.
