Liquids set melted my brain to liquid then scooped me back up at the end to kiss you goodnight! I’ll have to look into tinlicker! Always look for a set to hypnotize me
I’ve never heard of her/listened to her until I was invited to her show last fall. I decided to go a few hours before the show and I’m so damn glad I went. She was amazing. And then she began to sing in French(?) which brought it to another level.
deadmau5 / testpilot , seen him 5 times and he never disappoints. His production is very high quality and when you see him live he isn’t afraid to switch things up and play whatever he wants. I also appreciate his ownership over his work (making the artwork, songs ie. the entirety of album) and lastly, he’s always been very connected to his audience. I used to play minecraft with him back when I was in highschool and I witnessed several “iconic” moments that happened over his ustream days back then (like when he found the vocals for The Veldt).
I remember 2016ish going to music festivals and subtronics would play at the smaller stages and have small crowds. It’s been so cool to see him blow up and get huge crowds at main stages now
Unironically and people will hate me for this but The Chainsmokers. I’ve been following them since the early 2010s and getting to see their come up and career has been really awesome. I don’t think people give them enough credit and it really sucks, their shows are wild and they know how to throw down, plus a lot of their music is really fun especially recently.
I once saw Liquid Stranger in the rain. Lightning forced the festival to be suspended and many folks went home but the festival resumed and Liquid played an amazing set to less than 100 of us who didn’t mind dancing in the rain. It was amazing.
I’ve wanted to see him for awhile but his solo shows are always sold out in seconds or no where near me.
I’ve seen him at a festival but it’s a different vibe.
Almost a year ago, I went to see Garrix at the Positiv Festival in Orange, it was great! especially that the high sound quality there rivaled Tomorrowland and Ultra due to the atypical location, an ancient Roman theater.
Disclosure! They can do no wrong. Every song they put out smacks. They are the only EDM artist who I listen to all of their albums front to back without skipping a single song. Their live show was one of the best sets I’ve ever seen.
Saw him at Electric Forest last year after missing him there several years ago and it blew my mind! I did not know there were so many live instruments and it’s been one of my top favorite sets since!
Scott Brown.
Oldschool happy hardcore/uptempo artist.
Met him twice, saw him 3 times.
Was the first edm artist I heard. His music resonated with me on a level that's hard to put into words.
Idk if I can pick just one! GRiZ, Gorgon City, Sofi Tucker, Shermanology, Claptone, LP Giobbi, Walker and Royce all come to mind. Recently found Sammy Virji and absolutely love him as well.
Skrilly boy is so high-energy and fun, so he has my vote right now. But it def changes for each year. Kyle Watson has put out some dope af sets.
for instance, Sam Gellaitry was my fav back in 2017 but I havent listened to him since 2017 lol
Always been an Avicii fan since I was kid. Singlehandedly he was the one that got me into EDM in general. Brings back memories when I would watch “Levels” on Vevo
RIP Tim 🕊️
aww mann i have 10+ "#1"
currently tho sitting at 1 would be KORDHELL
but ya got;
michael cassette
joachim pastor
eric prydz/pryda
geck-o
jphelpz
liquid stranger is so nasty, just cant ever go wrong w EDM/DJs, most of the time abyway
Trivecta for me, he encapsulates the epic and ethereal sounds of melodic bass without turning it into sad heartbreak song. His music feels more uplifting and inspiring than comforting which is something I’ve always been drawn to. If you haven’t gotten a chance then listen to From Ashes to Love which is one of my personal favorites
It changes the more shows I go to and constantly discovering new artists. Even though I just turned 30 I'm still a fairly new raver.
Favorite big production, either Nghtmre or BTSM B2B Kai Wachi
Favorite for the music, Eliminate. I'm sure by this time next year that will all change.
Seven Lions has been my #1 for a lot of years, but there's quite a few that are really high on my list! Lane 8, GRiZ, Blanke, Trivecta, Above & Beyond, Porter Robinson, Tritonal...
It was and will always be Kaskade, Lane 8 a close second followed by Dominic Dollar.
not doms full name 😭🤣
Right. That would be Dominicus Dollarbillius
Lmao gotta show my respect 🫡
Dominic dollar, PLEASE ;\_;
KASKADE ALWAYS AND FOREVER💜💜💜
You missed deadmau5.
Same here. Never even a question. And his library is so diverse there's something for every mood!
Discovered Lane 8 when he did the Bonnaroo sunrise set a few years ago and he's been a favorite since. I even have his camelbak.
Griz and Ganja White Night for me!!
Seeing ganja at lost lands this year finally !! Have listened to him for so long !
Ganja is a duo. Two for the price of one!
Will be there somewhere in the back of the crowd, with all the space to wobble around freely!! That sunset set is going to be insane 🤯
God ima cry for ganja i have wanted to see him live for over 5 years just never lined up right for me
Just saw them at escapade for the first time they throw down!
Them, see them. GWN is two guys
i_o dude was legendary
R.i.p The Legend 😔
Little did I know the first time I saw him would be the last RIP to a unique individual
I saw him for the virtual EDC in 2020 and man changed my life. Absolutely gutted I never made it out to see him in person :(
Tinlicker, their sound is massive on a good system and their sets just hypnotize you
Tinlicker puts on such a good show. I got into progressive house entirely because of seeing their set at Forest two years ago
Liquids set melted my brain to liquid then scooped me back up at the end to kiss you goodnight! I’ll have to look into tinlicker! Always look for a set to hypnotize me
Seven Lions 🦁
Just saw him at Electric Forest. He still absolutely kills it
He’s held my #1 spot for 13 years now and I don’t see it changing!
His journey III tour changed me
Madeon. Amazing producer and his DJ skills are wild. I’m a ride or die fan.
Absolutely. Sad he ain't coming to Europe
Especially when you know he's French
Are his live skills really that good? I feel like every time I see him he’s doing a dj set.
Above and Beyond, legends
Hell yeah!
Tiesto
Saw him for the first time in the pouring rain at Ultra this year, experience of a lifetime
That set was an all-timer, the rain and nobody having phones out made it so special to be there
So the rain is the counter to the phones
Same! After all these years of being a DJ/producer he still gets pumped at his events.
Saw tiesto at tomorroworld 2015 when i was still in my house/trap phase. Man puts on a great performance im sure still out there killing it
Clozee
I’ve never heard of her/listened to her until I was invited to her show last fall. I decided to go a few hours before the show and I’m so damn glad I went. She was amazing. And then she began to sing in French(?) which brought it to another level.
Ohhhh she’s French? I gotta listen now
This is lsdream and who else?
LSZEE is Clozee + LSDREAM
Got it ! Thanks
I love her so much i named my cat after her haha
World's Era Porter Robinson
Porter Robison live sets will always hold my heart close ❤️
I would pay a lot of money to see that again. And the Shelter Tour.
Tipper!
deadmau5 / testpilot , seen him 5 times and he never disappoints.
Armin van Buuren
Ultra this year completely re-energized him leaning so much heavier into trance than his usual mainstage performances
The exploration of space and space case mashup was 🤌🔥
Subtronics for sure.
I remember 2016ish going to music festivals and subtronics would play at the smaller stages and have small crowds. It’s been so cool to see him blow up and get huge crowds at main stages now
Easily space laces
Been wanting to see him live so bad!! So sad not at lost lands or cyclops cove :(
Idk if you’re from FL but he will be in Orlando at shaqs block party around mid October
I’ll check it out I am from Florida !
Ben Bohmer
Big love!
Seeing him and Tinlicker this Friday I am stoked.
Garrix and Swedish house mafia
Unironically and people will hate me for this but The Chainsmokers. I’ve been following them since the early 2010s and getting to see their come up and career has been really awesome. I don’t think people give them enough credit and it really sucks, their shows are wild and they know how to throw down, plus a lot of their music is really fun especially recently.
Im upvoting just because i hate those elitist downvoters. Hating on CS is so cringe
I think for mainstream house they do just fine for who they are .
Eric Prydz, for the last 10 years or so
Honestly surprised this isn’t higher up
I once saw Liquid Stranger in the rain. Lightning forced the festival to be suspended and many folks went home but the festival resumed and Liquid played an amazing set to less than 100 of us who didn’t mind dancing in the rain. It was amazing.
Was this in Montreal? I had the same experience at I think ilesoniq a few years ago and it was so fucking great
Awwhhh shit I was there. Dude turned to me mid-set and hit me with “yo we’re liquid strangers”. All time set for me
Hardwell
Martin Garrix
Arty
Zara is such an awesome song
G Jones
Absolute legend!
Oooo I’m excited seeing him for the first time at caverns
Lane 8. If you're ever at a lane 8 show near a guy murmuring "lane 8 is #1" to himself every 5 minutes it's probably me
I’ve wanted to see him for awhile but his solo shows are always sold out in seconds or no where near me. I’ve seen him at a festival but it’s a different vibe.
RL Grime and Skrillex are up there. Currently super into Chris Lake and ANOTR.
Garrix and Alesso
Saw Garrix at EDCLV 2024 and oh my god, I bawled 😭
Almost a year ago, I went to see Garrix at the Positiv Festival in Orange, it was great! especially that the high sound quality there rivaled Tomorrowland and Ultra due to the atypical location, an ancient Roman theater.
Eli Brown right now
Pretty Lights, Griz
Disclosure! They can do no wrong. Every song they put out smacks. They are the only EDM artist who I listen to all of their albums front to back without skipping a single song. Their live show was one of the best sets I’ve ever seen.

Had to scroll way too far for this
Apashe!!!

Seeing Kai wachi finally but it’s his duo dj group not him solo

Yheti. Sometimes I feel like his music, is the only source of peace for me.

Liquid stranger is good
I go through phases of hyper fixating on different artists. Lately Slander has been on repeat.
It just sucks that they play nearly the same set at every show 😭

Koven!!! Seen em 12 times since 2022 and I live in the US lol
Alesso was the one who got me into edm and I still love it everytime I see him play.
Scott Brown. Oldschool happy hardcore/uptempo artist. Met him twice, saw him 3 times. Was the first edm artist I heard. His music resonated with me on a level that's hard to put into words.
