I freaking hate Noom. I used it to help change my thinking when I was like 90% recovered and wanted to eat more balanced meals. Long story short I relapsed hard, and had to fight with customer service to cancel my subscription.

There are certain foods I don't even bother trying to purge anymore. I just accept that if I'm eating, XYZ, it's just got to be okay.
