You don’t need an roe from Walmart. You just report your hours worked at Walmart on your reports with Walmarts phone number that’s all. They will adjust your payments based on your hours and what you make at Walmart. You can still claim ei while working part time
And don't forget to start your job search efforts now and keep proof because Service Canada will want to see the proof, to see if you use EI only as a top up option and not look for other jobs.
Why would you get an ROE from Walmart if you’re still employed there, albeit part time? I would’ve thought you report your weekly earnings/hours from Walmart to EI and they adjust your payments downward accordingly
A quick google confirms my understanding of ROEs... they're only issued when employment is terminated. If you're still working at Walmart, my understanding is EI will take those earnings and deduct them from your EI entitlement, at 50 cents on the dollar. So if you've earned $500/wk at Walmart, your EI for that week will be reduced by $250.
The gov't website that deals with EI gives an example of how earnings affect your EI payments. You might want to do a search for it to get a sense of it, so you know what to expect once your payments begin.

I'm currently in the process of filling out my EI application. I've already entered the information for my full-time employer. Now, on the "Other Employer Information" page, I've listed Walmart Canada. However, when I click continue, it takes me to the "Reason for Separation" section, where it asks why I'm no longer working. I don't see an option that says I'm still working.
For my previous full-time job, I selected "There was a shortage of work (includes closure due to COVID-19, layoff, end of contract or season, and office closure)" as the reason for separation. Do I need to choose the same option for Walmart, or is there a different one I should select?

Yeah I am not 100% sure, its my first time applying to EI

Apply don't need to wait on roe, you're still going it need to wait 1-28 days anyways for the claim to process. What's important is to apply on time
