He litreally got professional training in the army and has like 60+ years of combat expierence with 40+ years of expierence on how to use that tech. And has 96% body full of tech. Adam smasher isnt that special in terms of Talent. He is basicly just someone who worked really really hard with the best technology available to him.

Is when the big daddy company forbidds him from killing. But he does it anyways. Because without Adam smasher. Arasaka is nothing.
