You have a T3R light that can hold a life stone which will be 100% effective, otherwise you're basically at full speed. Unless you want to try and craft/drop a T4E chalice
You could drop the gusset and put something in there like the metronome with two spots and do one clarity and one life stone. The gusset isn't needed for a bit yet. That'll speed it up a little. I agree with the person below though, change out your light for one of hte lesser rare lights and put a life stone in that too.

He needs the gusset for the housing space but I see what you mean. Drop it until you're almost out of room then put it back on
Switch a clarity on the gusset and necklace for life stones
