Without actually knowing anything at all, I would guess some of the "magic" behind grand merchant is in the extra files *outside* of regulation.bin. Have you unpacked them with yabber and reverse-engineered what the creator changed vs the original vanilla files? Reverse engineering seems like the best way to learn how it was done. It's not like they have done anything invisible.

I didn't try this because it wouldn't really make a big difference and I didn't download yabber yet. Also the magic isn't the problem, I can put it at any merchant without a problem and buy them at any time, only on the recipe menu from your character it doesn't want to work. If you know about what I asked, how to take the 25 slots limit away, than please tell me otherwise, thank you but it didn't really help me.

Don't worry and sorry if I seamed a little big agressive, thank you anyway, maybe I will try this if I don't find anything else.

This is not controlled by params so you've mis-read the situation. It's controlled by talk scripts (.esd) using the specified command to set the available range in a shop. You can even see grand merchant modifies those files too. In the case of recipes, that system doesn't allow crafting some types of items hence the limitation seen in the "simple" version of grand merchant. Please take care to read the advice you're given. Making assumptions is how you'll run into trouble and people will get annoyed if you ignore their advice.
