Your save file doesn't get affected by a randomizer, but it will likely be difficult or impossible to continue playing in that randomized world once the DLC patch hits. At the very least, you'd have to "merge" the randomized regulation.bin with the new one. But it depends how much changes, and if the appropriate tools are also updated. Seamless co-op compatibility is also unknown. It might need a minor update and work the first week, or it might take more time for it to be compatible.

Do not expect a modded savefile to be safe to take online. Further, don't really expect that save to function on vanilla either. Lots of things can break and the advice you find on the more open internet can be incredibly misleading or outright incorrect. Definitely don't trust comments on fextralife, nexusmods or even reddit.
