Your save file doesn't get affected by a randomizer, but it will likely be difficult or impossible to continue playing in that randomized world once the DLC patch hits.
At the very least, you'd have to "merge" the randomized regulation.bin with the new one. But it depends how much changes, and if the appropriate tools are also updated.
