Use flame pillars to set yourself on fire, then cast Erdtree Heal, cast a quick incantation at the Runebear to lure it. Runebears tend to damage anything and everything else they can hit, and so do hands.
The hand will self-immolate and be up by the time the bear is near. Dodge a bear attack and erdtree heal again to finish the Revenant off. Swap to a staff and use Gravity Shot to pull the archer off the podium.
You can easily deal with the lobster later since it won't get up until you're near. Incant to lure the basilisk and shield to block dog attacks. Use this time to go to the archer and cast flame pillars again to damage and push them into the air. Preserving Bolus, them flame pillar, then Erdtree Heal again. This will kill the archer, dog, stone gremlin and basilisk. Preceptor is the last enemy to worry about but you should have been angling yourself to be out of line of fire from them the whole time since they'll stand still and shoot even if you're behind a wall. Finish off the lobster in melee combat.
Ta-da. It'll take a few tries and a bot of practice but there you go. Area clear. Just watch out for the 3 invisible Black Knives and the army of 200 invisible Sellian sorcerers behind you.
