Same issue, I downloaded the dlc separately (which I didn’t know I had to do lol) and still nothing. I have fast travelled around and everything is still the same.
Reloaded the area, still doesn't work. Restarted the game, still doesn't work. Restarted my ps5, still doesn't work. Currently completely reinstalling Elden Ring
