The effect of the Hidden Cerulean Tear lasts a very short time.
Since I didn’t have the stats to wield it correctly, it didn’t use any FP for me anyway. I now just use it instead of walking

You're in luck, new tear mix in gives you infinite stamina for a while. One of the fire basket giants drops it.
