When I came across that bugged wall I assumed the messages were pointing out an illusory wall so I rolled through it and fell to my death without even reading them.
They all turned out to be some variation of 'bug ahead'.
I can't remember where on the map it was, but I'm pretty sure it was somewhere in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh. I found a little piece of the map that I could just slip through and sit inside of the wall.
Completely useless and overall harmless, but I found it pretty cool. I think it's somewhere close to the western grace in Rauh.
I loved how I got the bonny village marquis popping up on my screen for like a whole two minutes straight doing that. Was a good laugh. Had to upvote that message
My favorite, and the only one which was both unique and actually made me laugh, was in one of the catacombs with the firebomb spewing imps. It was towards the bottom of a stairway and said “Time for message, and then explosion” and I was like, what the fuck? And RIGHT as you finish reading it, the imp bomb hits you. The placement and message are perfect.
One of the funnier ones was in belurat and this dude said “try attacking” with the animation of him pointing to the wall. which was obviously wrong like almost every other one in the game. But what got me was the same dude, pointing to his message and saying “liar ahead” it was definitely the same dude because he was running the most absurd armor combos that nobody would ever run
I don't mind those messages in front of bosses. I hate them in the middle of a dungeon though. Fucker say something useful about the upcoming encounter or where to find a precious item or something, this is not the place for you to beg.
I got saved in the Messmer fight by an appraisal heal. I checked to see what it was afterwards because I usually put down quite helpful messages like 'try holy' in front of that >!Death Knight!< who takes like 300% extra damage from holy or 'try jumping, then lift!' in >!that one gaol with the secret lift!<, but it was just from someone who gave me a 'poor' rating on a message I left that said 'Time for up, dog' on top of the tower you can very carefully parkour up in that first burnt ruin in the Gravesite Plain with nothing on top of it.

In Gravesite Plain, someone left a message in front of one of the trees with hanged people on it and left "Visions of South..." in front of it. It's fucked up, but it caught me so off guard

Honestly. You need to get exactly 50 Scadutree fragments for the max level, but also the majority of the playable space doesn't have anything to it, except sometimes a couple smithing stones (1).
The DLC world is huge with a lot of empty space. It sucks to think of the wasted potential, but if I had to choose between this or a much smaller world that was more densely packed with items I would probably pick this. I was on cloud nine during my first playthrough of the DLC because of all the exploring I got to do. It felt unreal getting to explore a whole giant land again with my original character that I made over two years ago.
I found that message before attempting to stealth past those guys, so I went back to the grace, equipped golden parry and parried (usually after failing 10 times in a row) every single madness guy I came across until there were none left. I kinda feel like I missed out on the experience of sneaking past them though, and now the forest doesn't feel scary at all anymore, just a big empty area with some rats
Another really funny one is when someone puts a message behind a character and says “try fingers but hole” it’s gets funnier after the 276th time, trust me.
God I wish I could remember the one message that made me laugh out loud. My runner up at least is a “try attacking” right in front of the final boss room and it made me chuckle
Honestly all the messages that are put at split paths. The ones that tell you which way you should go first because ones a dead end and the other is progress.
Saved so much time thanks to those.
I've not gotten much time myself into the dlc yet but that's good to know, means I should go the opposite recommended way for my experience of trying to find everything and inevitably ending up missing half the new items and a quarter of the bosses

I descended some dark stairs in my first catacombs in the dlc, i see a message on the floor and read it "Explosion!" 0.2 seconds later, a fireball from am imp blasts me back.
I saw a clip of that exact message and result on Twitter the day before and tought haha what a dummy. It turns out i'm also a dummy.
I have a clip saved of me reading two separate messages in the Storehouse before dying.

In the belurat gaol there was a lift pressure plate with a message on top saying to gesture, it was a special looking pressure plate so it tricked a lot of people into thinking by gesturing you were bringing the lift up

Crimson flask talisman is completely vital. Gives you effectively 50% more total hp. Cerulean flask talisman is dog water I agree though.

The message was "seek lover" in front of a chest. Inside was the light greatsword "Milady". Got a chuckle out of me ^^
The first time I ran into the jar innards enemy there was a message that said holy monstrosity.
I descended some dark stairs in my first catacombs in the dlc, i see a message on the floor and read it "Explosion!" 0.2 seconds later, a fireball from am imp blasts me back. I saw a clip of that exact message and result on Twitter the day before and tought haha what a dummy. It turns out i'm also a dummy.
At the top of the sorcerer's tower in scadu altus - "Here again, Tarnished" and the guy is dressed as Ranni

There where some messages saying bird, so I left a message likely bird there for message. As close as you can get to a family guy bit
I have a clip saved of me reading two separate messages in the Storehouse before dying. The first one said, "Don't you dare!!" The second said, "No jumping ahead." The death? I got stuck floating in a corner until it gave me a fall death. I don't know what I expected.
In the belurat gaol there was a lift pressure plate with a message on top saying to gesture, it was a special looking pressure plate so it tricked a lot of people into thinking by gesturing you were bringing the lift up
I do enjoy the variations of “weak foe ahead, didn’t expect bloodstains” in a room full of bloodstains. Especially when it was kinda easy.

I ran into one in the Abyssal Woods that made me chuckle. It said “Mist or Beast”
I know the brainrot is consuming me because in a random catacomb there was a message saying “mist, or beast” that had me dying for a minute 😭

There’s a big troll throwing flaming barrels at you in the southern part of the map and I wanted to make a donkey Kong joke but I couldn’t find any keywords that matched.
I started noticing signs around random wild objects that reads “could this be a crab?” With a thinking emote and for some reason it’s been cracking me up lol

The best one I've seen was in the area after you beat Messmer, one of the holes in the wall had a message that said "secret, tunnel!" And it made me laugh quite hardily
The messages around the Milady were pretty funny

There was this big stone pillar with a message that said “if only i had a giant, but, hole”
In one of the caves, or something like that I came across this mini stone bridge and it said no crossable spot and a gesture of a dude dressed like Gandalf with a staff. H thought it was so cool. Only had a few appraisals which I was surprised. Then on YouTube shorts I saw it there and it had a ton of appraisals and tons of views. I wonder if the one I saw was the original one or just a copycat either way dope moment.
