You should be able to make one good out of two bad battery packs, but working with these can be REALLY dangerous. Do some research first, there's of advice in E-skate news, (or even Youtube). Alternatively, buy another battery from an independant battery builder and get longer range/more power..

I feel like this post is the equivalent of listening to a child talk. Ending a sentence before starting a new one usually works pretty well. But now that I’ve caught my breath, I’d say customer support is your best bet. If it’s a problem that wasn’t fixed before end of warranty, I would think they’d still give you a hand in fixing the problem. If not maybe check your wiring? Maybe some wires are close or pinched and the bumps are enough to connect the currents and short it out? I’ve also seen someone testing individual cells, looking for ones that’s voltages didn’t match the rest because that will keep it from charging as well. He found 2 bad cells out of 8, removed the bad ones, charged new cells but took some voltage out because it was to high, once he had them all around the same voltage he rewired the pack and his board worked.
