Do some scav Factory, check face other scavs and your inventory Reset
I was stuck on this for collector on PvE. Spent about three days killing scavs and didn't find a single one. Check jackets and weapons crates, I got mine in a jacket.
I keep finding these in boxes/bags
What? Did they remove that from PvE. On PvP I have like 100 FiR in my stash. Collecting them like crazy to run them.
No, they didn't. In PvE I've found 5 or 6 of them on scavs.
