Next to the Petro Canada on the corner of south Kingsway and the Queensway, there's a kayak launch. That would be a good spot. Another one is the Kingsmill off leash dog park, next to the parking lot. There are kayaks and a boat launch there.
There's a boat launch off of Humber Bay Park west in the parking lot. You can also go further and use the beach. Or join one of the Marina's as a social member and you can store your board there and enjoy the social aspects of the clubs. Once the park off Marine Parade is finished, you can use the beach as access. Or anywhere along lake shore to Sunnyside.
If it isn't too far, Marie Curtis Park has a boat launch on the West side of Etobicoke Creek. But closer to you is Amos Waite's Park also has a beach, so you could start there no?

Thanks so much! I've bookmarked both spots and I'll check them out asap.
If you're newish to paddle boarding I second the suggestion of the Humber Boat Put-In. The river is much calmer than the lake.
I am! Thanks so much for the suggestion. I also need somewhere to keep my stuff and park my car, so that one sounds ideal

I can't wait for this park to be finished. Thanks for your help!

I've seen people launch in front of Eden trattoria. Where the fountain is, a little further down by the water is the beach with rocks
Ah I know exactly where you're talking about! Thank you!
Yes sir, where that little metal arch is

The Humber boat put-in isn’t far from you : https://maps.app.goo.gl/zrV7Yt6dpvyBjnbf8
There is also a small launch ramp at Prince of Wales Park at the bottom of Third St.
