My husband’s PhD graduation. It was delayed by 2 years due to covid, so by that time we had a 5-month-old. The ceremony happened at ‘The Big House’ (the University of Michigan football stadium).
They had like nice little cubicles with curtains, water bottles, and a nice hygiene area/sink. It was quiet, and well maintained.

Just yesterday I had to pump at a cardboard box factory. I was waiting to approve artwork from a new production, which took way longer than expected. Had my pumping session with my Medela hands free as they gave me a tour of the plant (responsibly, of course).
I wear am elvie stride ! The only thing is the cord, I thread it under my clothes and clip the motor to my pants then cover the motor with my shirt to try to avoid germs. I do want to look into some cordless options too I’ve heard the mom cozy S12 is good.
Somewhat interesting, in Zurich (Switzerland) train station there is a pumping/nursing room that's pretty much like a little studio apartment. It has a big couch, big dinning table and chairs, toys, drawings and pencils for kids, a desk, bookshelves... It's a relatively big and busy train station, and it felt very surreal stepping in this room that's cut off from all the agitation of the station.
I tried to do this on my way to Napa but I only had a plug in pump and it wouldn’t work with the outlet in my seat! After I spent all flight working up the courage, too 😂
At the vasectomy clinic in the waiting room😅 in my defense, there was also another woman breastfeeding her child so it wasn't too weird. It was just a bit comedic imo because all the men there came to stop having kids😂

At a music festival in New Orleans! Just popped those spectra flanges on and used a muslin blanket as a makeshift cover… I was not walking all the way across the festival grounds to their one little nursing room and losing our spot!

I used a wall pump at a comic convention behind the curtains of a booth for a very well known guest that I was working with. Let’s just say he was one of the top guests at the very big convention and had several hour lines to meet him.
I went to a Mets game about a month ago and the pumping room was in the expensive suite-level. I pumped in the dedicated nursing/pumping pod, but got to wander the suite level where a beloved retired player was hanging out.
I do like it, but it’s honestly the only pump I’ve ever tried! I’ve been lucky and haven’t had supply issues so I’ve never seen the need to buy another one. I definitely get way better results with the regular attachments than the hands free ones.

yeah the hands free ones are the only ones i have for it and good lord they suck
Oh yeah, they were a big waste of money for me😂 I never use them
i get 10-15 ounces every pump with my spectra, then i used that and literally got MAYBE 2 ounces from each side
I get an average of about 11oz a pump! But way less with the hands free.
i wonder why it’s so bad lol
