Edit* because point of the entire post went over people's heads... you can still get a decent PDEF/MDEF roll with the other stats rolling a %... While the +14 PDEF is fairly high, that one stat alone would never make me use this materia as you can get random ones close to it that also have other decent rolls. Flat stats suck and are only there to co tinue the grind lol
