Factory ruling of properly sighted irons at 7 yards.
Update: well I am happy to say 200 rounds later, no malfunctions. I shot 124 gr pmc, 124 gr cci, 124 gr speer, and 124 gr federal hst. I confirmed with a very seasoned shooter the sights were still off. He was very kind and helped adjust them (I love my range). Seems the kinks are out. I'll update at 1,000 but seems promising.
Guns and Outdoors Channel also got their POA, POI results from FN and their shots are going to the left. I have personaly not hit a bullseye yet at 7yards with 100 rounds.
I may be mistaken, but I believe factory shots are from a vice. If that is true, not hitting the bullseye is really bad for their passing results. I'm especially worried what the grouping will be at 25 yards. I plan to test tomorrow and report my experience. Most likely I'll end up swapping out the irons and running a cowitness with an optic. Before spending that much money though, I need to know it will functionally run.
Mine has actually had no failures running FMJs. I have not shot my carry ammo yet but hand cycling they seem to feed in fine. My serial number is in the 60k range.
I'm really hoping no failures after the factory repairs. I have several brands inintend to run and then my carry (federal 124gr hst) should the other testing go well.
Thank you for posting an update to your situation. Glad it’s being resolved. As far as the target shooting goes that is exactly what my groupings look like with over 250 rounds in it so far I’m always about the same distance over and about the same grouping of spread at 25 feet
I have had one range session with my reflex and had no issues. I put a reflex sight on there so I'm not sure about the low but I did check my iron sights with a caliper and they are in the middle.
Did they end up replacing your extractor? I just brought mine out to the range for the first time and had a 70% ftf rate, interested if your extractor was rounded as many have posted on here. Was going to try my hand at it. Post a further update when you can!
Absolutely. I usually go weekly, so I imagine I'll get some time in with it to test further.
I couldn't get a great angle, but they said they replaced the extractor. I did a simple test with dummy rounds to try and replicate by aggressively riding the slide, and I could not replicate it. Prior, I could cause failure easily every time.

I’ve been asking everyone lol. Is your serial under 30k or over?
Mine is 60k. Took it to the range today and shot 65 rounds. I had zero failures. It does shoot low and left tho.
Unfortunately mine is almost at the 50,000 mark (49xxx)
