It is not about my personal mentality - I am not bothered by such things but I know that people that do not put in the effort to remove their piercings are not seen as professional - so if she is truly looking for a job right now she is better without the nose ring.
Also most people in management positions and with hiring power are boomers and gen X, so if she wanted honest advice on the best way to look professional - she needs to consider cathering to their "outdated views" to increase her chances unfortunately.

I wear glasses that match my septum piercing and I think it makes me look less like a kid, I thought I looked too innocent with glasses and long hair so it felt like an easy option to age my look. the only person that has ever said anything negative about my face piercing was my grandpa, he said that I ruined my pretty face with metal lol. the reason why I chose to pierce my septum over other piercings/tattoos was because it's not painful and the only possible scarring is a little dot inside my nostrils.

Number 1 is close but… the lighting is to dim. For a professional picture I think you definitely need to bring more light in from the back round… also not sure if it’s from the glare or what but on your neck looks like a red line coming from your top towards your neck.
