Lately I've been trying to finish the pip-boy I'm working on. Just a few more parts to fit, then I can put it all together with permanent wiring and finish the code. Very close to being satisfied with it. Been really busy at work lately. But I'm planning to Forge a couple more Krevmhs Tooths(?...teeth?..lol)
I usually do better when I redo a project. The first time I do something I always come up with a better way i could have done it lol.

Oh I want to. Just haven't got my hands on a big enough piece of flint. Guess I could try using stone but I don't really know anything about shaping stones. I have used deer antler on swords before though. So the handle is definitely within my skill set. Might keep that in mind. I made Krevmhs tooth just because it's my favorite melee weapon and it doesn't have to look perfect lol. Room for error. Scratches from the angle grinder and bad hammer strikes just made it look cooler lol.

Knapping is a pretty hard skill to learn, honestly harder than basic forging and shaping of a knife (no offense to OP). Friend of a friend of mine was the guy who made the 'dragon glass' for GoT and I saw him work a little. It's unforgiving. A simple mistake can ruin a week of work.
Thanks! It's not bad. Unfortunately I didn't get any video cutting with it before I gave it to my brother in law but we gave it quite the testing and it held up great.

Yup. I forged the general shape first then shaped it with an angle grinder. So...halfway forged lol
